  • 1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
    As the products offered are digital content (such as presets, LUTs, and video transitions) that are not delivered on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires once you begin the download of the product.
  • 2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
    By purchasing and starting the download of the product, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. Therefore, once the download has started, you no longer have the right to withdraw from the contract.
  • 3. Withdrawal Form
    If you wish to withdraw from the contract despite the above, and it is legally possible, you may send us a clear statement regarding your withdrawal within the withdrawal period (via email).
